The property was fairly clean and staff was knowledgeable and efficient. The room with a great view. It was in a very central location, on La Rambla. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Zorbas Greek Restaurant that was only 5 minutes' walk away. I recommend the place.
As for me, the area was awful.

Our stay there was great. It was clean and ideal place, spotless rooms. Thanks to the super-friendly and affable staff everything was good. We ate at an outdoor restaurant for the worst breakfast ever. Tried nice slices of fresh bread, cereal, pastries, and cheese. The location was marvellous as a cathedral and a theatre were walking distance to the hotel. It was good to be 1 km away from Harry Ramsden's, serving short-orders.

Every time we stay in Barcelona, like to stay here. Perfect clean property, it has kind and good staff at the night shift. The location is unbeatable in a great area, just next door to Gaudy's palace on the back side and Close to the metro. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Colom with nice drinks.

The room was recently refurbished and decent sized in general, with a balcony towards an interesting back garden. The location was fantastic and lovely, in centre of Barcelona, in the touristic area. There was Los Caracoles close to the hotel.

The friendly staff helps you in any way. One could dine at restaurants such as Bodega Biarritz 15 minutes away. We loved the fact that we chose ramblas.
